ahhhhhh.... baru aku ade masa dan semangat nk update blog...hehe... maklum lah tgh busy nk convo ni haaaa.... bkn selalu.. sekali seumur hidup, unless klau aku nk sambung master ah.. tp aku rase aku x minat kowt... sbb aku nk jd family man mcm paul scholes.. lps blk keje, lepak dgn family...

okay2... entry kali ni aku nk share skit lah pengalaman dan juga tips... alhamdulillah.... smpi ke hari ni, 8 kali aku g interview; Scomi Oiltools (twice), Servicom, Fuji Electronic, PetronasBASF, Muhibbah, Kaneka, Lotte Titan, Hitachi Chemical... n 4 company aku malas nk g sbb jauh n x interested, Malay-Cino Chemical, IEC plant, Muda Pasifik, n Meltex...

Most of the time aku apply through Jobstreet, shoot email sendiri, career fair n company website... klau tuk jobstreet, make sure korg apply yg betul2 related dgn course ko, sbb kdg2 HR xtau pun background ko ni related x dgn jobscope... dia rase asal ade nama, dia main amek je... nnt bile ko da dtg ko menyesal... so, klau size CV korg kecik, korg leh terus attach tp klau size CV korg besar, wat la profile baru kat jobstreet tu.... wat cantik2.. tulis balik cari details.... tp pada aku cara terbaik nk pancing tuk dpt interview ialah, ko letak expected salary below RM2500... sbb byk company bkn mcm PETRONAS yg leh bg gaji lebih RM4500...

klau yg email sendiri tu, ko attached siap2 CV,Cover Letter, Latest Academic Transcript.. untuk intro, ko cite skit pasal background ko... shoot je email byk2... smpi beratus-ratus pun xpe...janji ko usaha... rezeki xde sape2 leh sangka.. klau dia nk dtg, dia akan turun..haha...

klau tuk career fair, korg bwk la siap2 photostat CV korg... aku biase klau career fair aku bwk 20 copy... even mase TEC kat UTP pun aku buat 20 copy... n klau boleh 2 copy sume certificate korg... plg penting sijil intern..

klau tuk company website mmg paling leceh skli sbb setiap kali nk buat account, kne isi detail... amek masa n kne sabo... biasanye website company ni dia ade jobs alert, maksudnye dia akan bg email klau ade opening tp korg kne set up gak job alert tu... contoh mcm Talisman.. jobstreet pun ade jobs alert... tp tuk company website ni korg kne rajin2 tgk sndri... takut2 melepas peluang... jdkn ia satu habit, tetiap pg bukak laptop, pancing carik keje...

skrg aku nk share pengalaman time interview.... biasenye company yg bakcground dia from Japan n Korea, die org akan bg soalan...biasenye soklan maths,general knowledge and basic engineering...n kdg2 die org ade color blindtest dulu before start interview.. tp ni selalu company yg keje kat plant... so make sure korg warm up brain korg klau da tau company tu from japan or korea...

soalan lazim time interview:
1. Introduce Urself (soalan wajib, make sure korg practice smpi lancar)
2. Tell me more about any of your project? / Among of these projects, which project portrays your leadership quality?
3. Ur Good and Bad Qualities?
4. How U deal with ur bad qualities?
5. Are willing to work far away from your family?
6. Are willing to work on night shift?
7. Let say, during working hours, suddenly u received a phone call, telling the news about ur family, that ur father is fallen sick and he is in hospital, what is ur respond? Would u commit with ur work, or request a copper to send to home? (soklan biase tuk offshore)
8. After 5 years working with us, suddenly, PETRONAS offer u double ur salary, and ur new workplace is located at ur hometown, would u accept it? If not, why?

So, itu antara serba sedikit soklan yg aku ingt time interview.. biase interview ni xtanye pun soklan teknikal... n biase klau interview not more than 1 hour.... tp mcm BASF, interview dia dlm group of 5 people, lps tu dia tanye sorg2 tp soklan sama... mcm muhibbah lak, dia suruh ko buat presentation pasal diri ko, PAST,PRESENT n FUTURE... b4 that dia bg kertas majong, lps tu ko lukis GAMBAR SAHAJE, no wording n ko diberi 10 minit.. lps tu present depan manager n director... presentation 7 minit...

klau mcm tmpt interview tu jauh, korg leh je tanye brape expected salary tuk fresh grade... mane tahu takut x berbaloi da travel jauh2... lps tu, make sure by the end of the interview, korg mesti tanye soklan so that die org tahu yg ko ni btul2 interested.. contoh soklan:
1. Is there any training for the new intake?
2. How long would be the training?
3. How do you transfer your product and in what form?

jgn tanye pasal brape lama bonding, sbb tu menunjukkan ko da x akan loyal dgn die org n jgn tanye pasal gaji bile time interview sbb tu menunjukkan ko memilih keje...

so, itu je kowt dari aku... just nk share je.. xde niat lain... tp klau korg rase lain, ikut korg la... korg ade hak nk judge... aku malas nk amek tahu..haha... Bye.. HAPPY HUNTING..
